The Diversionarium, or The Div for short, is a legacy build that was brought to Extropia following its closure on the mainland. It is a light-hearted and laid-back venue for small events, gaming and conversation which, in its newest iteration, stands at the entrance to the artificial bay in Extropia Core.

Facilities
Entertainment
The Div's main function is as a sociable house of fun diversions, namely games. These are all free to play, and range from parlour games to board, craft and theatrical games. The idea is that these are more fun to play in groups, making the Div an ideal hangout or party venue.
For those seeking less active entertainment, the Div provides a relaxed lounge space for groups to settle back with drinks and "nibbles", and a cosy restaurant on the ground floor.
More information on the games can be sought further down this article.
Community
The Div features two important facilities that have lasted its legacy well. First of all, the land it occupies is open for any citizen or visitor to mark as a 'home' location. This allows them to 'log in' to the Grid and not have to rely on finding a good past location, or have to travel via an infohub on the mainland. Secondly, the Div hosts two public changing rooms: lockable chambers in which visitors can change with dignity. These are located just off the restaurant on the ground floor. The Div's lobby also houses community notices, similar to those found at the Central Nexus.

Unlss otherwise stated, the games were designed and implemented by Kate Amdahl.
