From Extropia
Extropia will be made up of a number of connected SIMs. All share a positive futuristic theme informed by the Extropian ideal. Each may express this ideal in a slightly different fashion. SIMs may also have special zoning rules or tier prices to encourage this diversity. Below is a listing of all current Extropian SIMs and their important differences.
Extropia Core
Our flagship SIM, Extropia Core, follows the theme guidelines laid out in the Covenant without modification.
Parcels in Extropia Core are double-prim. High-traffic and skyline-enhancing uses are preferred in Extropia Core. Attractive sky builds are also particularly welcome.

Extropia
The Extropia sim is primarily residential. It is situated on two levels, the ocean city (NeoVenice) and the sky city (NeoAeroVenice). Residential parcels are only available in 1024, 2048, 3072 and 4096 square meter sizes, and feature double-prims.
Unless otherwise noted, anyone who rents a parcel can have their platform located at either the sea level or the sky city level. The location the platform is currently at is just a suggestion. The exceptions are a couple of parcels in the southwest corner block, which must remain at sky city level to prevent obstructing the beach area.
We have one other option, for people seeking a low-cost alternative to land rental: myPods! These gorgeous apartments are only L$250 a week for 102 prims, and no deposit required - perfect for a workshop or small residence!

myPod Rentals
myPods are Extropia's take on an old idea Linden Labs used to use called First Land. These are small parcels for small prices, ideal for new people still establishing themselves in the world. In Extropia, this idea takes the form of a myPod condo rental, a small prebuilt pod on a 224 sq.m. parcel supporting 102 prims. The pod itself is not counted against your prim limt, and no deposit is required up front to rent one, just L$250/week tier. myPod residents are exempted from the requirement to have two months deposit. However, because no deposit is required, we may reclaim and rerent a pod if it is overdue for rent by even a few days (although we won't do so unless we are at full occupancy and have someone looking to rent -- if you wish to avoid this, pay a week or two in advance). In addition to getting into Extropia cheap, it's a great way to make friends here!
